JSE board group nominations and governance committee, Thevendrie Brewer.
Thevendrie Brewer has been appointed as a member of the group nominations and governance committee of the JSE board, effective 15 May 2026.
This brings the JSE committees on which she serves to three, as the independent non-executive director continues to serve as a member of the group audit and risk management committees, and as chairperson of the group investment committee of the board.
In addition, Thevendrie serves as a non-executive director at the International School Basel and Valterra Platinum.
She has also served as MD at Rothschild & Co and chairperson of the board at Netcare.
Thavendrie holds a BCom and PGDip Acc and is an accredited CA(SA).
