He was appointed as an independent nonexecutive director a few months ago and now also takes a seat in the multinational mining and metals processing group’s Audit, Investment and Risk committee.
Terence is a South African chartered accountant, with a BCom from the University of Transkei and a BAcc from the University of South Africa.
He is also an independent nonexecutive director of the Nedbank Group and Nedbank and serves as a member of its Group Audit and Group Risk and Capital Management committees.
Terence is a former CEO of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (2014 to 2019) and held the role of Auditor General of South Africa from 2006 to 2013.
